Red Sox Tickets in 2024

Demand for Red Sox tickets rank among the top teams in Major League Baseball because the Sox are among the most storied teams in baseball (with over 120 seasons played) and because a game at Fenway is a bucket list experience for so many sports fans. The Red Sox have a huge, loyal fan base and when you combine that with the people taking in an experience at Fenway, you wind up with a sell out crowd on many home games. That experience at Fenway is why so many fans attend a game there every year where the Red Sox regularly host right at 3 Million fans in a season.

The biggest Sox home games are whenever the New York Yankees come to town, as there is a spirited history between these two ball clubs. Many fans consider the Red Sox vs Yankees rivalry to be the best in baseball, and maybe all of sports. Other big Bosox home games include the Cubs, Dodgers and Orioles. Pretty much any of the Sox opponents in the AL East are a big draw as there are decade of history between those teams. The Summer is a hot time at Fenway as baseball fans from across New England, and the United States, come to Boston to take in a Red Sox game. Some fans will plan an entire weekend in Boston so they can take in a whole Red Sox series, and explore the many unique seating options within Fenway Park.

Red Sox 2024 Opening Day

The regular-season Red Sox game that draws the biggest crowds is typically Opening Day at Fenway. The legendary ballpark will be filled to capacity on Red Sox Opening Day as every baseball fan in Boston finds a reason to skip work and be at Fenway to start the new season. The baseball season is not won or lost on opening day, but you wouldn't know that from the passion of Red Sox at the opener.

Boston Red Sox Postseason Games

The Red Sox have produced a successful run of postseason visits, over the past decades, that few other teams in Major League Baseball can match. Their success in the playoffs includes multiple World Series and many important playoff games. Demand for Red Sox playoff tickets is strong, particularly for big match-ups in the ALDS and any games of the ALCS. Red Sox World Series ticket demand goes to another stratosphere as fans around New England show up to cheer on their team in the Fall Classic.

Red Sox Spring Training

Red Sox spring training games are available to purchase at TicketCity. The Sox play their home spring training games at Jet Blue Park in Fort Myers, Florida. The gorgeous ballpark can accommodate just over 10,000 fans for a game. How can I buy cheap Boston Red Sox tickets?

We offer a wide selection of Red Sox Baseball tickets which include some of the lowest priced seats on the market. Red Sox tickets fluctuate based on demand and opponent. Marquee opponents like the Cubs, Dodgers, Phillies or Yankees can drive up home game prices. While cheap tickets are more plentiful for non-divisional or interleague opponents. Those games may offer best opportunity to purchase Red Sox tickets near face value.

Where are good places to eat before a Red Sox game?

Boston is known for having some great sports bars. The Yard House and Lansdowne Pub are two of the best in all of New England. Citizens Public House & Oyster Bar, Loretta's Last Call and Bleacher Bar all have great pub food and drink selections. Copley Square is an area that is about a 15 minute walk from Fenway and has tons of great restaurants. Fans who are looking for a great Boston experience can grab a bite and drink over by Copley Square before taking a stroll to Fenway.

Where is the best place to park at Fenway Park?

Parking at Fenway is a little cramped. A majority of the available parking is located to the south of the stadium. We recommend looking in the Storrow Drive area as there are a few good options between there and Boylston Street. If you don't mind a little walk try looking on Park Dr. along the river. Another great way to get to the stadium is using the public transportation systems. The T lets off only about a block away from the stadium and is always full of Red Sox Fans. There are also a few bus options in the area, just be sure to check return times before counting on taking the bus home from the game.

Red Sox Tickets at Fenway Park

The Boston Red Sox play their home games at historic Fenway Park, located in Boston, Massachusetts. When filled, Fenway holds close to 34,000 Sox fans, whom are some of baseball’s most loyal fans. Fenway has the allure of a traditional ballpark that so many baseball fans want to witness first-hand. Many fans refer to Fenway as the Cathedral of MLB baseball stadiums and it is absolutely a "bucket list" venue to see for any big sports fan.

Fenway has plenty of great seating options for fans looking for the right tickets. The seats closest to the field are the Dugout Box seats which are VIP seats located in the infield. The Dugout Boxes are just 2 or 3 rows that include Sections 12-79. Just behind those are the Field Box seats which encircle the infield and run all the way down to both foul poles. The Field Box seats at Fenway include Sections 1-81 in the first-tier then there is another level of Field Box seats just behind those on the right field line which include Sections 87-97. Where the Field Box seats tough the dirt behind first base, then the Loge Box seating starts which includes Sections 98-165. Right behind the Loge Box are the Grandstand sections which include Infield Grandstand and Outfield Grandstand spanning from Section 1-33. Above those seats in the next deck are the Roof Box seating and Pavilion Box seating. On the lower-level in the outfield are the Green Monster seats with includes Sections Green Monster 1 through Green Monster 10. Then directly next to those in Center Field and Right Field are the famous Bleacher seating which includes Sections Bleachers 34 through Bleachers 43. The Boston Red Sox dugout is on the first base line of Fenway Park in front of sections 21-28.

A big draw of Fenway Park is the Green Monster in left field, which means the Green Monster seats (10 sections with 3 rows in each right on the Monster) are very popular seats for fans attending a game. The ticket prices to sit in the Green Monster seats often reflect that demand as they are some of the most expensive seats in Fenway. A better value may be the Bleachers seats in section 34 to 43, which are in the outfield and typically some of the most affordable tickets in the park. The Fenway Park Bleacher seats put you between the Green Monster and famous Pesky Pole in right field (the shortest distance for a home run to travel in MLB), and section 41 specifically is right above the Red Sox bullpen. A Red Sox game at Fenway Park is an experience that every true sports fan must have on their bucket list.
