Service charge is standard in the ticket industry, and TicketCity assigns one to offset our cost in obtaining premium seats. We share our service charge prior to checkout so that you know the complete order total before entering your payment information. Our top competitors hide their service charge and additional fees until you hand over your personal information.

4. Our Cart Summary provides a complete order total and any special shipping notes. Select "Checkout" to finish your purchase or "Continue Shopping" to buy more tickets.

TicketCity owns one of the largest inventories in the world, so we are a great source to find the best deals on tickets. To provide coverage for events whose tickets we do not own, we list tickets from a network of reliable suppliers. Online orders from suppliers must be manually confirmed by our Web Sales Department. Once confirmed, we will ship your tickets immediately or notify you when the tickets will be ready to ship. If we are unable to confirm your tickets, you will be offered substitute tickets at the current market prices (pending availability) or a 100% refund.
Tickets are shipped via the method selected as soon as they are available, and most tickets ship within one (1) business day of when the order was placed. Certain tickets cannot ship until they are printed and delivered to us; tickets for events several months in the future are likely to ship once the event is closer.
Some Championship Events require that tickets to be picked up from our on-site office, in those cases we provide specific pickup instructions prior to the event.
