Amos, her dim-witted husband, eventually puts two and two together.  Velma and Roxie share a lawyer, golden-tongued Billy Flynn, who would could easily have his own court anaylsis tv show.  This sexy and brash musical explores the social, historical, and political issues of society and has hosted a Who’s Who list of modern theatre.
