Q. Is my information secure when I order? A. We use 128-bit encryption on every order, protected by our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We are also members of Hacker Safe's Scan Alert program to help further protect you from Identity Theft and Credit Card Fraud.
Q. Can I get tickets for events not listed on your website? A. Yes, email or call us to request tickets for anything you do not see listed.
Q. Can I cancel my order? A. No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges.
Q. Will my seats be together? A. Yes. If you purchased tickets listed in a single group, your tickets will be together unless otherwise stated in the Notes area.
Q. Why are seat numbers not revealed? A. Not revealing seat numbers is a common industry standard. Our 200% Guarantee ensures your tickets will be in the same Section and Row number or better.
Q. Do children need tickets? A. Each venue maintains their own set of rules, regarding admission of children. In general, children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket. But minimum age requirements for each event differ, so please check in advance of purchasing tickets.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. When ordering, you must provide your security code – 3-digit code for Visa and Mastercard (located on the back) or 4-digit for American Express (located on the front).
Q. When does TicketCity send email confirmations? A. You should receive an email right away with the details of your order. If you have not received an email with order information check your spam filter. You can also email Sales@TicketCity.com. Please include your 6 digit order number in the message.
Q. What if I receive an error after placing an order? A. If you receive an error, double-check that all areas are completed correctly. Also ensure you are in good standing with your financial institution. At times, financial institutions decline payments of large amounts.

Q. Will I get a refund if my event cancels? A. If an event completely cancels and is not rescheduled, you will receive a credit for the total of your order minus shipping.* If only part of an event cancels, no refunds are issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, nature, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
* Exceptions: For cancellations at The Masters, you will receive in-store credit instead of money back. For cancellations at the US Open Tennis, you will only receive money back that equals the face value on the tickets.
Q. Will I get a refund when games are not played or reschedule? A. Yes, you will receive a full refund if the game, such as Game 7 does not occur. Please contact us with your order number and allow 7-10 business days for your refund.

Q. How do you ship the tickets? A. All tickets are sent via FedEx and processed the next business day. Tickets are not always available to ship immediately, but are guaranteed to arrive before the event. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We recommend that you ship your tickets to an address that will have someone available to sign for the package. If being delivered to your place of business, FedEx requires that the name of that business appear in the shipping address.
Q. Can I change the Shipping Address on my order? A. Yes, but you must fax an authorization letter that includes a photocopy of your driver's license and credit card.
Q. Are tickets shipped the same day I order them? A. Tickets will ship once we receive them in our office. Most tickets are shipped the same day, or within a few days of the date they were ordered. Most tickets ordered for major events may not ship until the week of the event. We guarantee that you will receive them prior to your event.
Q. Why can you not ship to P.O. Boxes? A. TicketCity uses FedEx to ship all packages. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Q. Is the price I pay the same as the price on the ticket? A. The price you are paying is the current market value. We specialize in obtaining hard-to-find tickets, so all tickets we sell are sold above face value, the price printed on the ticket.
Q. Who decides the price on the tickets? A. We price tickets based on the market value, not face value (the price printed on the ticket). Prices are constantly being updated on our site.
Q. How many rows are in each section? A. Every venue is unique and always changing, so the number of rows and section areas vary with each location.
Q. What am I allowed to and not allowed to bring into the venue? A. Each venue maintains its own set of rules. However, most venues prohibit alcohol, outside food, large bags, and noise makers. Please contact the venue directly to find this list.
Q. When do gates open? A. Every venue is operated differently. Check the time on the week of your event. We recommend you to arrive at least one hour before the event starts to accommodate ample time for parking and seating arrangements.
Q. Where do you get your tickets from? A. We obtain the tickets we list from a variety of locations, including; the event box offices, season ticket holders and other ticket resellers.
