All confirmed orders are insured by our 200% money back guarantee. If we fail to deliver the full quantity of tickets on your invoice, and are at fault, we will pay and return a sum equal to 200% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets.

International Events- 100% Guarantee:

The 200% guarantee only applies for US events.  100% is the maximum amount on events outside the US.
