Certain internet orders may require manual confirmation; these are not confirmed until a TicketCity representative has reviewed the order. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within two (2) business days.
We accept all major credit cards. All prices are in US Dollars ($USD).
All online orders receive an email immediately after the order is completed with the details of that order. If you do not receive that email, please check the spam filter on your email account or contact us.
If you are going to be traveling to another city or country for an event, please provide us with the contact information where you are staying; if you are staying at a hotel include your check-in date and name the room is under. In addition, make sure we have your cell phone number and any email address that you will checking while on the road. If you do not have this information at the time of the order email or call us once you obtain the information.
Your tickets will be shipped to you via the method you selected as soon as they are available. Tickets are typically shipped within one (1) business day of when the order was placed. We cannot ship your tickets until they are printed and delivered to us. Tickets for an event several months in the future are likely to ship once the event is closer. Some of our Championship Events will require you to pickup your tickets from our on-site office at the event. In those cases, a TicketCity representative will contact you to provide specific instructions on how to pickup your tickets. On certain orders we can email your tickets, offer will-call pickup at the TicketCity office, will-call pickup at the event, courier tickets or ship them using Saturday FedEx delivery. Emailed tickets may be subject to a small authentication fee.
Orders placed after 4:00PM CST will be shipped the next business day and we cannot ship tickets on weekends. Shipping options will vary based on the date of the event and the time of your order. If you are buying an event that occurs in the next few days it is possible that we cannot ship to you. In those circumstances you should contact a TicketCity Sales Associate to arrange to pickup the tickets.
Delivery times vary by zip codes and we are not responsible for delays in shipping by FedEx. If your tickets are lost, delayed, or mishandled by FedEx and it affects your ability to attend the event you will be refunded only 100% of the purchase price.
A signature is not required on FedEx deliveries. You must notify us in writing to have FedEx require a signature.
If an event completely cancels and is not rescheduled, you will receive a credit for the total of your order minus shipping.* You must return your tickets within seven (7) days of cancellation of the event to receive credit. All ticket returns need to include a tracking number so they can be tracked.
If part of an event cancels, no refunds are issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
*Exceptions: Masters cancellations will receive in-store credit at TicketCity, not money back. US Open Tennis cancellations will only receive money back that equals the face value of the tickets.
We are a ticket broker that sells seats at market value not face value. Face value is the price printed on the ticket; market value is determined by the supply and demand for a particular event, it might be higher, lower or the same as face value. In addition, all orders will be assessed a service charge, shipping fee and Texas state sales tax where applicable.** Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your tickets after they are delivered to you. Tickets cannot be replaced if they damaged, lost or stolen.
Once you receive your tickets you have 24 hours to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies about your tickets and/or seat locations.
All times listed on our site are local for that event. Dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the buyer the day before the event. We will not issue a refund in the event of a time change.
Minimum age requirements to enter differ by event, so please check before you purchase tickets.
TicketCity owns more tickets than any other ticket broker in the country, so we are a great source to find the best value on tickets. To provide coverage for events we do not own we list tickets from a network of reliable suppliers; online orders from our suppliers must be manually confirmed by our Web Sales Department. Once confirmed, we will ship your tickets immediately or notify you when the tickets will be ready to ship. If we are unable to confirm your tickets, you will be offered substitute tickets at the current market prices (pending availability) or a 100% refund.
If a ticket price or event is listed incorrectly due to an error by our supplier the order will be cancelled and a 100% refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade tickets at no additional cost to you. We will contact you to discuss any downgrades to ensure that the tickets are suitable. A downgrade does not constitute a failure to deliver and is not covered under our 200% money back guarantee.
**Sales tax will be added to all orders for taxable events that occur within Texas.
TicketCity's sole obligation or liability for undelivered tickets shall be limited to our Guarantee. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of expense directly or indirectly arising from TicketCity's failure to deliver tickets. In purchasing you are agreeing to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon you now or in the future under Texas law.
If your tickets are lost, delayed, or mishandled by FedEx and it affects your ability to attend the event you will be refunded only 100% of the purchase price.
All confirmed domestic orders are ensured by our 200% money back guarantee. If we fail to deliver the full quantity of tickets on your invoice, and are at fault, we will pay and return a sum equal to 200% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets.
