What is your PPC (Pay-Per-Click) option?

Our PPC option is where we pay affiliates for every click generated from their site to ours, whether or not tickets were purchased. Ticket City is actually the only ticket broker to offer this option, resulting in unexpected success with our existing affiliates.

How long do I have to wait to get approved?

Very quickly - the next business day!

How much is this program?

This program is free!

How much will I earn as an affiliate?

You can earn as much as you wish. We’ve had affiliates earn over $20,000 in percentage earnings. Much of their success is due to the exposure and the traffic they receive.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn as an affiliate?

There is no limit to how much you can earn.

I own multiple sites, can I submit them to the Affiliate Program?

Yes, you may submit as many sites as you wish.

Do you send payment via Paypal?

We only make payments in the form of a check at this time.

If my account does not reach $20, what happens?

Your account will accumulate to $20, and then we will remit payment at the beginning of the month.

I have other ticket brokers on my site, is the affiliate program an exclusive offer with Ticket City?

No, there is no exclusivity signing up with us. However, most of our successful affiliates promote us heavily on their site.

Can I create links to other pages on your site?

You can link to any Ticket City page you wish to receive credit.

Can I only place a link on the home page?

You can place any Ticket City links on any pages of your site to receive credit.

How do I update my affiliate site with new event listings?

We offer RSS feeds that can easily be integrated into your website, so that you are displaying the freshest event information everyday. (Learn more about our RSS feeds). We also offer XML Web Services for advanced webmasters who want to display individual tickets available for sale.

Do you offer XML Web Services?

Yes, TicketCity is proud to offer XML web services for deep robust integration with your website and/or application. The TicketCity XML web services allow you to retrieve specific ticket data and utilize our shopping cart to improve sales conversions.

May I use TicketCity content other than that provided via the RSS feeds or XML Web Services?

Affiliates may not copy any content from the TicketCity.com. This includes event, performer, and venue descriptions, as well as blog posts, testimonials, or other miscellaneous materials and images. We recommend you take the time to create unique descriptive content for your site, as it will prove more valuable to you in the long run.

How do I track my click-through statistics and sales?

Your click-through and sales information is available for you at the bottom of your account information. Click-through information is live; it does not need to be approved for you to see this information. Sales must be approved and typically shown the next business day.

How do I add a domain?

Email Affiliate@TicketCity.com to add a domain. Please also provide your Affiliate Name and/or existing Domain.

My website is a niche topic; can I specify what events are displayed on my website?

Yes, you do not have to market an event irrelevant to your site. For example, if your site is related to Soccer, you do not have to link to our Baseball page.

Do I control the exposure on my site?

Yes, you control how much and how little you wish to promote us on your site. Part of the success of some of our affiliates is related to how much they promote us as well as the traffic they receive on their site.

The banners you offer are not pertinent to my site; can I have a customized, more specific banner?

Absolutely, email the dimension as well as the content of the banner to Affiliate@TicketCity.com. Please allow several business days.

Will my percentage earnings or pay-per-click increase?

Yes, if you send us substantial volume in traffic and sales, we will discuss increasing your earnings.

Can I quit the Affiliate Program any time?

Yes, however, we ask affiliates to let us know why they are quitting. We strive to resolve as many issues or concerns as we can.
