Scandal makes a better game! This should be a much better game. The usual Big Ten #8 team that probably can't beat Toledo may be replaced by a top 25 Penn State team because of the scandal. Therefore, this bowl gets a scandal marred team with a top ten defense to play an offensive powerhouse. This is a real game possibility, and the Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl becomes much better!
