2013 Rose Bowl Game Preview:
The Granddaddy of Them All, the Rose Bowl is one of four BCS bowl games and perhaps the most storied game in college football history and will host Wisconsin and Stanford in the 2013 New Year’s day game. Wisconsin got off to a rough start in 2012 but they clawed their way back into the Big Ten title game, where they destroyed Nebraska. Stanford beat Oregon to end their title hopes and had to beat the Bruins twice this season to represent the PAC 12 in the Rose Bowl. It’s a stellar running attack against one of the best run defenses in the country – who will break first?

The game is part of the Tournament of Roses Parade and since 1945 is the highest attended bowl game nation-wide. Be a part of history and see one of the most anticipated games of the season to bring in the new year in southern California!

Chip Kelly’s lot will be led by juniors quarterback Derron Thomas and running back LaMichael James, who form a formidable duo who like to score frequently and have led Oregon to the top of the polls and offensive ranks since their arrivals in Eugene. Their opposite numbers—senior QB Russell Wilson and junior back Montee Ball—like to score even more than Thomas and James, to the tune of 30+ scores each for the duo in 2012. This Rose Bowl will be one for the ages, and one you won’t want to miss!
