2008-2009 Air Force Falcons Basketball Preview:
The Air Force Falcons Men’s Basketball team is one of the most exciting to watch in the competitive Mountain West Conference (MWC). Head coach Jeff Reynolds has led the Falcons basketball program to an incredible turnaround in the last few years. He has turned the Air Force basketball program from a notoriously unsuccessful squad to a winner. Clune Arena in Colorado Springs is an exciting venue to watch basketball this season as Air Force cadets root for their team to qualify for another NCAA tourney bid and shock the nation with a deep run in March.
AIR FORCE FALCONS INFORMATION:
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Conference: Mountain West Conference
Rivals: Colorado State Rams
The Air Force Falcons have historically been a terrible basketball program. The turnaround in Colorado Springs has been led by a number of different coaches over the past 5 years. Each coach has moved on to coach bigger programs as a result of their success with the Falcons. The Falcons have in the last five years managed to crack the top 25 a few times, make the NCAA Tournament twice, and make it to the Final Four of the 2007 NIT tournament. The sky is the limit for Air Force, and Clune Arena with its 6,000 seat capacity will be at full volume. Visiting teams are now terrified to play at Clune. Coming into the 2007 season, the Falcons were 57-2 at home! Buy Air Force Falcons basketball tickets today and watch this amazing turnaround continue!
