NCAA Mens Basketball West Regional 5 5 1 1
NCAA Basketball West Regionals (Sweet 16) I would highly recommend Ticket City. I checked other websites for these tickets and Ticket City had the best selection and prices. NCAA Men's Basketball West Regional
 The NCAA West Regional is two-rounds of the NCAA Basketball Tournament. The first session includes two games, and is often referred to as the Sweet Sixteen. The winners of the first two games face off in the Regional Finals, also known as the Elite Eight (or Great Eight). The winner of the NCAA West Regional Final advances to participate in the NCAA Final Four. So winning the NCAA West Regional Tournament is instrumental in winning a National Championship.
