The UCLA Bruins basketball team is one of the most storied programs in college history.  The UCLA Bruins have the most NCAA Championships in the country.  Famed Coach John Wooden took the team to 10 of those championships in just 12 seasons between 1964 and 1975.  Seven of them were in a row between 1967 and 1973.  Jim Harrick would come along in the ‘90s and take the team to another NCAA title in 1995. 

UCLA Bruins basketball was begun in 1920.  The UCLA Bruins have had a long line of successful coaches with Fred Cozens, John Wooden, Gary Cunningham, and Larry Brown.  The UCLA Bruins have sent many notable players on to play in the NBA, including Gail Goodrich, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Walton, Kiki Vanderweghe, Reggie Miller, and Baron Davis, just to name a few.
