2011-2012 Utah State Aggies College Basketball Preview:
The Utah State Aggies were a flawless 17-0 at home last season, finishing the 2010-11 year at 30-4 and at 15-1 against the rest of the conference. However, the team still sees room for improvement in the 2011-12 season, which is why they're expected to play more aggressively in the upcoming year.
Offensively, the Aggies have a number of talented players that are predicted to help Utah State improve upon its previous record. Danny Berger, Sam Orchard and Steven Thorton are just a few of the many young athletes who will help the team put up more points in 2011-12. This will be crucial as the team vies for first place on top of the Western Athletic Conference.
Jordan Stone and Jarred Shaw are two big centers who are expected to make it difficult for opposing teams to drive to the basket. Along with Mitch Bruneel and Brady Jardine, who constantly bring aggressive play, the Aggies will be a quite a force in the WAC.
