Boston College Eagles Football Tickets Information

The Boston College Eagles are one of the most storied programs in college football. BC's program has a rich history of success that started back in 1893. Boston College games are played in their on-campus Alumni Stadium, which is an electric place to see a college football game. Over the course of their history BC's two major rivals have been Holy Cross and Notre Dame. Boston College's series with Holy Cross ended in 1986 when Holy Cross changed leagues and cancelled the series. But "The Holy War" between BC and Notre Dame lives each, as their two Catholic universities battle it out for bragging rights. The rivalry is especially fierce because Boston College and Notre Dame are the only two Catholic universities in the country that play Division I-A football. 2014 Boston College Season Preview

Last season the Boston College Eagles had one of the most talented teams the program has fielded in recent years. Running back Andre Williams set Boston College school records for rushing attempts (355) and rushing yards (2,177). Williams and company lead the Eagles to 7 wins and a trip to the AdvoCare V100 Bowl. For Boston College to match that success in 2014, they will need sophomore running back tandem of Myles Willis and Tyler Rouse to step into Williams big shoes. Luckily they will have the help of what should be one of the ACC’s best offensive lines, anchored by returning starters Andy Gallik and Bobby Vardaro. The Eagles have a number of interesting matchup on their schedule. In week 3 USC travels to Alumni Stadium in one of the biggest non-conference games in the ACC. ACC games that should not be missed are October 18th against Clemson, November 8th against ACC newcomer Louisville, and November 22 in Tallahassee against Florida State.

Boston College Eagels Rivals

Boston College vs. Notre Dame

Pitting the only remaining Catholic Universities with FBS squads against each other, this clash is known as the “Holy War.” Often referred to as the Irish’s little brother, the Eagles have made this a contentious rivalry as the two have fought like siblings, providing for many unbelievable moments. This is one of the few games in the country to offer two trophies to the champion the “Frank Leahy Memorial Bowl” and the “Ireland Trophy” and has a truly unique atmosphere.

Boston College vs. Holy Cross

This is one of the historic rivalries in college football and was once one of the largest games in New England. Initially this series was passionately contested, but eventually Boston College pulled away as Holy Cross dwindled from being a national and regional power. With Holy Cross moving to the FCS subdivision, the rivalry was officially terminated.

Boston College vs. Syracuse

In the ever-changing college football landscape, many traditional rivalries have sadly been lost. Luckily, this is one that has survived the chaos with both former Big East schools joining the ACC. The Eagles and Orange have met over 45 times dating back to 1924 and have produced some of the best games in the northeast. With Syracuse losing many of its former conference rivalries, this game promises to have even more intensity in the near future.

BC football game Once again Ticket City came through for us. Being from the Philadelphia area and wanting to go to a BC football game, Ticket City always comes through with great seats and prices. Thanks September 29, 2014
Needed Extra Tickets I am a BC football seaon ticket holder with 4 seats in my name. I needed 3 extra tickets so my son could bring a couple of extra high school class mates. Ticket City was the easiest, best price, and the instant download feature was great. All the boys had a great time. Thank you Ticket City September 22, 2014
Great Game, Great Tickets! I was looking to take FIVE 5th & 6th grade football players to a college or NFL game to celebrate the end of their season. I checked other discount sites, but found the pricing at Ticket City to be the best deal. Within just a few days of placing my order my tickets arrived. Getting to the game I hoped we were not sitting smack dab behind a pole or other obstruction, given the SUPER LOW pricing, thats usually what you get. NOT WITH TICKET CITY! We were just a few rows from the field & had a GREAT view. Being a single mom is sometimes a struggle to take my kids to good events, but I KNOW I will be checking Ticket City before anyplace else from now on. THANK YOU! October 30, 2012
Great Seats, Great Game I had never been to Ticket City before, but was looking for discounted tickets to take my son & a few of his friends to a college football game to celebrate the end of their football season (5th & 6th greaders) The tickets cost me $5...a total of under $50 for myself & 5 boys. The seats were GREAT, we were 10 rows back. The tickets arrived quickly after purchase, there were no issues at the gate & it turned out to be a really great day. I cant wait to use Ticket City to find more fun, inexpensive things to do with my boys, being a single mom its difficult sometimes to be able to afford the fun stuff. Thanks Ticket City for making it such a great time! October 30, 2012
