LSU Tigers Bowl Game Tickets Information

The Louisiana State University Tigers football team has one of the most accomplished bowl traditions in all of college football. The Tigers rank in the top 10 in bowl appearances at 45, and in wins, with 23 postseason victories. To say that the Tigers have high expectations coming into the season would be an understatement. Of LSU’s 45 trips to bowl games, 25 of them have been to elite games like the Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl, Cotton Bowl, and BCS National Championship. As a result, Tigers Nation isn’t satisfied with just attending a bowl game, they expect to be vying for one of the premier games, and in the running for the national championship.

In 2004, LSU squared off against top ranked Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl, for the BCS National Championship. The Sooners came into the game having scored more than 30 points in all but 2 of their games. However, the Tigers defense stifled, confused, and intimidated the Sooners, holding OU to 14 points, and pushed LSU to its first National Title since 1958. The Tigers returned to college football’s highest stage in 2008, again as an underdog. But Matt Flynn and company poured it on the Buckeyes, in one of the most dominating performances of the BCS Era.

Baton Rouge’s Death Valley is among the most intimidating places for opposing teams to play. LSU fans are known for bringing this intensity with them to bowl games and the purple and gold are always well represented in the stands. LSU has advanced to post season play every season since 2000 and have shown no signs of slowing down any time soon. Score with TicketCity - the place to go for LSU Tigers Bowl Game tickets.

Awesome first time @death valley This was my first LSU game ever and oh what a game. We had great seats and great people all around us. Little did I know that this was homecoming, that was just a added bonus. The tailgating was a blast. Also to be a part of history with the largest crowd in tiger history. I will most definitely return to death valley and will purchase my tickets from ticket city. October 28, 2014

The Good and the Bad! 9/27/14 was my first time at an LSU football game. Although we were in row 60, the view from our section was fine. The band and cheerleaders were excellent! It was a fun game to watch. However, I was extremely dissappointed in the LSU fans for booing their own quarterback and/or coach. They then went on to chant for the backup quarterback to go onto the field. It was disgraceful and classless. I hope the LSU administration corrects this problem before the next game. "Never AGAIN" HORRIBLE seating!!!--Row 1--Seats 36,37,and 38 "ON THE 50 YARD LINE TO!!!!" Our view was the team's butts, the film crew and their mobile cart. Had to watch the game on big screen. Could have saved lots of money and watched it at home!!! Need to incorporate a view of field when choosing seats prior of purchasing tickets. Our first experience was to be EXCITING; however very DISAPPOINTING!! September 29, 2014
