Mississippi State Bulldogs Football Tickets Information

Mississippi State has a rich football history, producing 14 All-Americans and 54 ALL-SEC team selections. While the team has the dubious distinction of attracting NCAA sanctions for rules violations in 1975, 1996, and 2004, the Bulldogs have also shined in recent years, playing for the SEC Championship in 1998 and the Cotton Bowl that same year. At 4pm the day before the game the campus will play “Hail State” which is the signal for fans to make their mad dash to claim a spot in the junction and set up their tents. Score with TicketCity - the place to go for Mississippi State Bulldogs football tickets.

2014 Mississippi State Season Preview

Under Dan Mullen’s reign, the Bulldogs have made it to 4 straight bowl games, and the energy around the program is as high as it has been in a decade. The 2013 season saw the Bulldogs not only win 7 games, but also go toe to toe with many of the top teams in the SEC, proving that State is just a hair away from being able to compete for an SEC championship. Dak Prescott returns for his junior season as one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the country. Mississippi State’s dynamic rushing attack will also include a running back tandem of Josh Robinson and Nick Griffin behind a veteran offensive line. Playing in the SEC West is never easy, and State will have high profile road games at LSU and in Oxford against arch-rival Ole Miss. There is little doubt that Mississippi State will have one of the top rushing attacks in the nation, and will look to pound their way through the SEC on the ground.

The 10th longest uninterrupted team rivalry in the U.S. is the battle for the golden egg. The Egg Bowl as it is known, was first played in 1901. It is still the game that determines supremacy in college football, well at least supremacy in the state of Mississippi.

Mississippi State vs Alabama

One of the most lopsided rivalries in college sports with the vast majority of wins going to Alabama but things can always change. One things for sure, the battle between the Bulldogs and the Crimson Tide is always a great SEC football experience.

Excellent! The stadium renovations look spectacular! I can't wait to see how much improve things are this upcoming year. The video board is fantastic, the fans were really into it and you could just tell the team loved and fought harder for their school as the Cowbells rang. Let's not forget Little Dooey's, Oby's, Bulldog Deli, etc. So much great food in Starkville, Mississippi! April 16, 2014
