Notre Dame Fighting Irish Ticket Information

Notre Dame first began playing organized football in 1887. In 1918, the Irish hired legendary head coach Knute Rockne. Rockne would lead Notre Dame to 6 national titles and 5 undefeated seasons. Frank Leahy, Ara Parseghian, and Lou Holtz have also coached the Fighting Irish to national championships, a total of 11. Notre Dame is one of only 5 schools with more than 800 wins. An Irish game is a treat for any fan of college football history. Score with TicketCity - the place to go for Notre Dame Fighting Irish football tickets.

2014 Notre Dame Season Preview

The Fighting Irish followed up a 2012 campaign where they reached the national championship, with a disappointing 9-4 season. Notre Dame also lost some significant talent to the NFL draft, including star offensive linemen Zack Martin and Chris Watt. But the story of the 2014 season in South Bend will be all about the return of Everett Golson. Golson led the Irish to the national championship as a freshmen, but it is unclear how the talented sophomore will respond from his season in exile. If he is the same player that he was in 2012, the offense looks primed to be one of the more dangerous attacks in the country, with a veteran unit of running backs and wide receivers to disperse the ball to. The defense is more of a question as the squad comes into the season with 5 sophomores starting. It is likely that 3 games will determine how far Notre Dame will rise this season. The final game of the Michigan-Notre Dame rivalry will be the biggest story of the early season, but the keys to the season will be Stanford, at Florida State, and at USC. If the Irish can win 2 of those 3 games, they will probably have a shot to make the college football playoff. If they win all 3? It will be hard to vote against them.

Best Game Ever! I've been to dozens of Notre Dame games, this one was the most fun. It was pouring rain, but nobody cared because the game was so existing and the finish was one for the ages. Ordered the tickets the day before and picked them up at will call. It couldn't have been easier. Great time had by all. October 24, 2012
Catholics vs. Convicts! Great service, quick turnaround, competetive price and easy delivery/pick-up solution. Even better game. Go Irish! October 8, 2012
Tradition - tradition! A must do experience! From the quaint neighborhoods outside of campus to the core of tradition, so much to soak in. One must visit the Basilica where pre and post game Masses are held. Check out the Grotto. Talk to the students selling bratwursts and hamburgers for their causes. Eat in the huge cafeteria pregame and watch the Band as they pump up their enthusiasm with contests. Follow the crowd to the sidewalk to cheer on the football team as they run from Mass to the Stadium. Enjoy the spirited students during the game. It'll be hard not to buy more than a few things from the fabulous bookstore. Highly recommend the experience. November 20, 2010
