2024 Ohio State Football Tickets

OSU started playing football back in 1904 and has won over 800 games including countless Big Ten Championships and multiple National Championships. It is that amazing success on the field that drives demand from Buckeyes fans who typically sell out their marquee home games. Their fans fill up the Shoe on Saturdays in the Fall and those large crowds drive up ticket prices. Tickets will typically start close to $200 a seat for "get in" seats for a big OSU home games. Fans looking for a cheaper seat can check out early-season, non-marquee games where there are often "get ins" around $60 per ticket.

Ohio States' schedule is packed with huge games including their big rivalry game against the team from up north. The Buckeyes other Big Ten match-ups against Penn State, Michigan State, and Nebraska also draw huge crowds. Ohio State will also play a non-conference schedule that includes a few regional opponents like Akron, Cincy, Miami Ohio, and Toledo, as well as, some of the biggest teams in the sport. In recent year the Buckeyes have played marquee games against Notre Dame, Oregon, and TCU. Those games typically sell out very quickly and there is strong demand on secondary ticket market for those match-ups.

Buckeyes fans have expectations for Ohio State in the 2024 season. Every season in Columbus needs to include a spot in the Big Ten Championship Game, where they can win their way into the CFP. A Big Ten Championship means a top bowl game and a spot in the College Football Playoff. Buckeye fans have a high standard, and many would suggest that anything short of playing in the National Championship Game was a down season for this illustrious program.

OSU Home Games at The Horseshoe

Ohio Stadium holds over 102,000 fans for a home game and typically sells out for big games. The Horseshoe is a special college football stadium where fans across the state of Ohio flock to see the Buckeyes play. OSU's great traditions add to the amazing gameday atmosphere in Columbus. Fans come to see great football, but also enjoy traditions including Script Ohio, when the Ohio State band spells out “Ohio” and a drum major dots the “i”. The experience at an OSU game is an amazing as you would expect from a dominant football program that has been playing games since 1922. The OSU crowd is loud throughout the game and create an intimidating home environment.

Ohio Stadium has a lower-level and an upper-level, but the venue is divided into 5 "Decks". The AA Deck are the seats on the lower-level closest to the field. There are 11 rows in most sections of the AA Deck, except the endzone (AA3-AA8) where the rows start with A-J before going 1-11. The A Deck are above the AA Deck on the lower-level, and considered by many the best sections in the stadium. The A Deck sections have 35 to 37 rows per section. The B Deck are the top of the lower-level, and many of the sections along the sideline are underneath the overhang of the upper-level. Those B Deck sections under on the sideline can have slightly obstructions due to the support poles of the upper-level. The B Deck have 18 rows in most sections outside the endzone.

The C Deck sections are in the upper-level and have 41 rows in most sections except those C Deck sections in-front of the D Deck which just have 22 rows. The D Deck is a sliver of rows (11 rows) in the upper-level immediately in-front of the Press Box. Some of the most popular seats in the Horseshoe as the Club Seats, Sections C1 to C5), which sit between the 30 yard lines on the lower-level splitting the A Deck. The Ohio State Buckeyes home bench is on the Ohio Stadium sideline in-front of Club Sections 1-5.
