Oregon has its sights set on Rose Bowls and National Championships every season, goals which never seem to be far from reach for the boys from Eugene.

In 2012, Oregon faced off against Wisconsin in one of the most anticipated Rose Bowl games in decades. In front of 91,245 fans the Ducks pulled out a come from behind 45-38 victory over a very good Badgers team, in a game that will go down as one of the top Rose Bowls of the BCS era. Only a year later, the green and yellow returned to the BCS facing off against Kansas State in the 2013 Fiesta Bowl. The Ducks again came out victorious in a dominating 35-17 victory to give the program its 2nd major bowl victory in a two-year span.

Eugene has always been passionate about the Ducks’ football team. But with the recent success of the program, that passion has been spread out on a national level, and the Ducks have been one of the biggest draws of bowl season since the early 2000’s. The nation waits in anticipation to see what innovative and unique uniforms the team will unveil for the bowl season, and the high powered, always running style of the Ducks is as exciting as any program in the history of college football.
