In front of 91,245 fans the Ducks pulled out a come from behind 45-38 victory over a very good Badgers team, in a game that will go down as one of the top Rose Bowls of the BCS era. Only a year later, the green and yellow returned to the BCS facing off against Kansas State in the 2013 Fiesta Bowl. The Ducks again came out victorious in a dominating 35-17 victory to give the program its 2nd major bowl victory in a two-year span.
