2008 USC Football Preview:
Head Coach: Pete Carroll
The Trojans finished their powerful 2007 season with a win at the Rose Bowl, and are looking to get right back at it in 2008. Though the team is losing some key players for the 2008 season, the talent of this program surpasses any individual loss the team will face. The Trojans will need to replace thier former quarterback, John David Booty, but they already have an excellent pick for the position: Mark Sanchez. Though the team is losing the entire offensive line, the defense remains solid, with returning linebackers Brian Cushing and Rey Maualuga.
Look out for this USC team this season: they are going to make some big plays and are a main contender for a national championship. Head Coach Pete Carroll - two-time Pac-10 coach of the year - is about to unleash a mess of Trojans all over the scene, and they are going to conquer the weak. Be sure and grab some tickets to a USC game this year - this team is in its prime and is hungry for a big 'ol trophy!
