Tickets are in high demand as excitement for kickoff draws closer

Austin, TX (August 31, 2012) – It’s been nine months since college football season ended and many fans are counting down the minutes until kickoff for their favorite team begins. Ticket demand is high for the first weekend of college football, as teams eager to be a contender for BCS championship begin the fight. Newly instated USC leads the preseason AP Top 25 Poll and will be a must-see team to watch. Conference realignment is finally settling as TCU, West Virginia, Texas A&M, and Missouri begin their journey in new conferences. TicketCity highlights these teams and many more that are not to be missed, and counts down the most popular games of the season based on ticket sales, prices, customer inquiries, and searches on TicketCity.com.

The Cowboys Classic will be one of the toughest matchups of the season and it kicks off this weekend in Dallas with #2 Alabama vs #8 Michigan.
