2015 Wisconsin Football Preview:
Wisconsin enters the 2015 season with a number of question marks. For the 3rd time since 2012, the Badgers have a new head coach, bringing in former Pitt head coach, and Wisconsin Alum, Paul Chryst to keep Badgers position as a Big Ten power. Also gone in 2015 will be Melvin Gordon, who rushed for more than 2,500 yards for the Badgers last season. Wisoncon sill turn to junior Corey Clement to take over at running back. Clement rushed for just under 1,000 yards last season as Gordon’s backup, and should be able to pick up right were Gordon left off. Quarterback Joel Stave returns for his senior season and will have a fantastic offensive line in front of him, anchored by left tackle Tyler Marz. With a veteran defense, Wisconsin will start the season as the favorites to win the Big Ten West division again. Top games on the 2015 Wisconsin Badgers schedule will be week 1 against Alabama, against Iowa, at Nebraska, and at Minnesota.

2014 Wisconsin Football Preview:
The Badgers did not miss a beat in Gary Anderson’s first season as head coach. Wisconsin rattled off 9 wins and were a threat to win every game that they were in. The Badgers lost some solid talent to the NFL draft, including running back James White, and defensive back Dezmen Southward. The brunt of Wisconsin’s relentless rushing attack will now fall on junior Melvin Gordon, who looks to continue the line of great Badgers running backs. The cardinal and white will start the season in Houston against a dangerous LSU team. But the Big 10 schedule for the Badgers leaves the door wide open for a berth in the Big 10 title game. The biggest tests for Wisconsin will likely be against Nebraska and at Iowa in late November.

2013 Wisconsin Football Preview:
A new era has begun in Wisconsin as Gary Anderson has taken over for the departed Bret Bielema to become the new head coach of the Badgers. Anderson will rely on a veteran team to keep the Badgers near the top of the Big Ten standings. The coaching staff will have to figure out who the starting quarterback will be, but Joel Stave appears to be the favorite after playing well during his freshman season before being sidelined with a broken collarbone. Senior running back James White will be a fine replacement for the loss of Montee Ball to the NFL, and Melvin Gordon will provide depth at the running back position. The Badgers will rely heavily on senior receiver Jared Abbrederis. Abbrederis averaged 17.1 yards per catch in 2012 and provides the explosiveness needed in the offensive game.

In order for Wisconsin to return to the Rose Bowl for the 4th straight season, they must take care of business at home against Northwestern and Penn State along with a showdown against the Buckeyes at Ohio State.

2011 Wisconsin Football Preview:
The Wisconsin Badgers football team had one of the best seasons in its history last year, going 11-2 and losing to an excellent TCU team in one of the best Rose Bowls in recent memory. Though it may be tough to repeat the success of 2010 after graduating a host of talented seniors, head coach Bret Bielema has the ability to get them there.

On offense, the badgers will be without their senior quarterback from last year, Scott Tolzein. A reliable signal caller, it will be hard to find someone to replace his steady hand. However, whoever it may be will have the benefit of having one of the most talented running backs behind them in Montee Ball, who rushed for almost 1,000 yards and 18 touchdowns last season. Joining Ball in the backfield is James White, who made a name for himself last year as well in rushing for more than 1,000 yards.

With a strong running game pacing the offense, the defense will also be able to keep pace. Last year Wisconsin did just enough to eke out some really impressive wins against Ohio State and Iowa, so look for much of the same this year, and a Big 10 title is not out of the question.

2010 Wisconsin Football Preview:
Wisconsin was definitely a surprise last year. At the end of the season, the Badgers found themselves owners of a 10-3 record and an upset win over Miami in the Champs Sports Bowl. They won't be sneaking up on anybody this year, as a high-powered offense gives them the potential to take the Big Ten crown away from Ohio State.

The Wisconsin offense should be one of the best in the country, as offensive coordinator Paul Chryst welcome back 10 starters from last year's squad that ranked first in the conference in scoring. Senior quarterback Scott Tolzien has a wealth of weapons at his disposal, the most potent of which is junior running back John Clay. Junior wide receiver Nick Toon and senior tight end Lance Kendricks are both reliable throwing targets.

While the Badger offense is sure to be effective, there is less certainty when it comes to the defense. There are only five returning starters and two-thirds of the linebacking corps, sophomores Mike Tyalor and Chris Borland are coming off of off-season surgery.

If their defense can hold up, Wisconsin should be among the top 10 teams in the country. Their schedule is favorable as they have the Buckeyes at home, and don't have to play Penn State.
