In the world of country music there are few bigger stars than Tim McGraw. With a long list of hit albums and throngs of adoring fans, McGraw has been one of the most popular performers for nearly 20 years - not only in country music, but across the United States.
McGraw grew up as the son of former Major League pitcher Tug McGraw, and got his start in the recording industry in the early '90s. After performing for several executives, he released his self-titled debut album in 1993 to relatively little fanfare. While the record did not feature any substantial hits, it laid the groundwork for what proved to be a successful decade.
It did not take much longer for McGraw to find success, as his 1994 album, Not a Moment Too Soon, made him a household name. The record was the best selling country album of the year thanks to a pair of number one hits, including "Don't Take the Girl" and the title track. It also contained a trio of other top 10 hits which propelled it to the number one spot - not only on the country charts, but on the Billboard 200 as well.
McGraw continued his impressive string of hits in 1995 with All I Want. The album featured another slue of top 10 singles, including the number one hits "I Like It, I Love It" and "She Never Lets It Go To Her Heart." The record was certified triple platinum, and much like its predecessor, it reached the top spot of the country chart.
Throughout the rest of the '90s, McGraw became one of the most popular touring acts in the country. After the immensely successful Spontaneous Combustion Tour and the 1997 album Everywhere, McGraw continued to be a huge draw and his 1999 record A Place in the Sun proved it. The album debuted at number one on both the country and pop charts, and all but one of its singles reached number one.
During the next 10 years, McGraw continued to transition into the mainstream and even recorded a song with Nelly in 2004 that spent several weeks at the top of the pop charts. He followed that up with a number of other well-received albums, including 2007's Let It Go, and most recently 2009's Southern Voice.
Along with his wife, singer Faith Hill, McGraw is in rarified air. With a string of hits that is decades long and a successful foray into movies and television, McGraw has accomplished about all one artist can, yet he shows no intentions of stopping anytime soon.

great concert this concert was amazing!! we missed cassadee pope but kip moore put on an awesome performance, he is a great singer and gets the crowd going. Tim McGraw is just the best. He plays a mix of old and new songs while engaging the crowd. He sat down on the edge of the stage to be close to fans a few times, which I thought was great. It was such a good concert and I would go back in a heartbeat! July 1, 2014
Tim Mcgraw Concert Went to the Tim Mcgraw concert with my daughter, it was the best concert any mother could ask for. The day was great and to see my daughters face was priceless. We both have lived a hard life and God just took all the pain right out of us. Just having a mother and daughter day was the best day ever. Thank you so much Tim McGraw for giving us the time of our life. February 22, 2011
