    • Select the tickets you want to put them in your shopping cart
    • Contact us if you cannot find the tickets you want

  • Step 2

    SUBMIT ORDER

    • Verify all event info, notes & prices on tickets you selected
    • Select delivery method. Then login or create new customer account
    • Agree to our Terms & Conditions. Enter your credit card and submit your order
    • We send an Order Status email to indicate we received the order
    • We are now working to confirm the seats are available with our supplier

    (Ticket prices may be more than face value. We do not allow cancellations once you submit your order. We secure your info using 28 bit encryption.)

     
  • Step 3

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    • Once we are able to confirm seats are available with our supplier, then we charge your credit card
    • We send Order Confirmation email to confirm we processed your order successfully
    • Your tickets will be sent as soon as they are available to send
    • Track the status of your order by logging into your My TicketCity account
    • Please check tickets when you receive them, notify us immediately of any issues
