Buying Tickets

1. FIND A TEAM, SHOW OR PERFORMER

If you're looking for a particular event, use our search box or the category navigation at the top of each page.

If you're looking for ideas for events to attend in a particular area, you can also use the city guide or event guide, which you'll find under the More Events tab.

For teams or performers with more than one event or date, you can use either the calendar view or list view to easily find the date you need.

Once you select an event, you'll be presented with a variety of ticket listings. There are a number of ways to find the tickets you want:

  Use the interactive map to find tickets in the locations that you choose. You can hover over the ticket listing on the left and see where those seats are located in the venue by the yellow box. You can also click on any blue section(s) of the map to view and compare tickets in those sections. Select the Reset button if you wish to start over.

  Use the drop down menus at the top of the page to select the quantity and price range for each ticket.

  Use the column headers to sort by section, row, price or quantity.

  Once you find the tickets you want to purchase click the orange Buy button to add these tickets to your shopping cart.
   

The Cart Summary provides a complete order total, including our standard service charge, any applicable taxes and shipping cost, if any, as well as any special shipping notes.   This is your total cost as TicketCity presents all costs up front prior to checkout.

And remember, you receive free 3-day shipping on any order over $150!

If you're new to TicketCity, fill in all required fields for contact information, or existing clients can login to retrieve their saved contact information.

Enter or confirm your credit card information.

In order to complete your purchase, acknowledge that you have reviewed the Sales Policies by checking the box and click "Place Order."
 

All online orders are confirmed by our Web Sales Department. Once confirmed, we will ship your tickets immediately or notify you when the tickets will be ready to ship. In the unlikely event we are unable to confirm your tickets, a sales associate will contact you via phone and email to help you with your ticket purchase.

Tickets are shipped via the method selected as soon as they are available, and most tickets ship within one (1) business day of when the order was placed. Certain tickets cannot ship until they are printed and delivered to us; tickets for events several months in the future are likely to ship once the event is closer.

Please note that some Championship Events require tickets to be picked up from our on-site office, in those cases we provide specific pickup instructions prior to the event.
