Where do the tickets offered by TicketCity come from?
The tickets offered by TicketCity come from our large network of suppliers, which include ticket brokers and individual sellers. The tickets are owned, priced, fulfilled, and shipped by the party listing the ticket – which may on occasion include TicketCity. Sellers typically acquire their tickets from a variety of sources including season ticket purchases.
Can I get tickets for events not listed on TicketCity website?
We may have access to tickets for events that are not listed online. Please contact us to request tickets for any event not listed on our website.
How are tickets priced?
Ticket prices are set by our suppliers. Ticket prices are influenced by the supply and demand for an event, so prices are constantly being updated by our suppliers. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Why are similar seats offered at different prices?
Suppliers set the prices on all tickets offered on the TicketCity website. Each supplier sets their own price, which can cause some noticeable variance when viewing all ticket listings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online purchases including: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. If you wish to pay with cash, money order, or wire transfer, please contact us for assistance. We do not accept checks, PayPal, or foreign currency.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is applied as required by law. Many events occurring within the State of Texas are subject to the local state sales tax. College sports, fund raisers, and high school sports are exempt from sales tax. Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed on the order summary and checkout pages prior to purchase.
What is the service charge?
Service charge is a fee most ticket providers, including TicketCity, charge to cover the cost of obtaining the tickets. The service charge may very on different tickets.
Why do I have to agree to TicketCity’s Terms & Conditions?
The Terms & Conditions are the policies that govern all transactions with TicketCity.
When will my order be confirmed?
We typically confirm web orders within two (2) business days of when you place your ticket request. The only exception may be during holidays or peak traffic seasons. If you do not receive email confirmation within two (2) business days, please contact us. Please remember to check if an email may have been diverted to a spam or junk folder.
What should I do if I receive an error when placing an order online?
Please contact us and provide them with your name and what you were attempting to purchase when the error occurred. Also, please let them know where you were at in the purchase process and whether you are being served an error message on the current page in your browser. This information will help us to determine if your ticket request was received. If there was any error during the process, one of our associates will be happy to assist over the phone.
When will I receive my tickets from TicketCity?
Once your order is confirmed, the tickets you selected will be sent to you via the shipping method you selected as soon as they are physically available to send.
Can I cancel my order?
Please only order tickets after you are sure that you want them and have read and understand all of TicketCity’s Terms & Conditions. In addition, please make sure the tickets you order are for the correct event, date, and time, as well as the correct quantity. Once an order is placed your order cannot be cancelled. If you order incorrectly, if your plans change, or if your ability to attend an event changes, you may not change, exchange or return your tickets. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, will I get a refund?

Will I get a refund if I buy a 'conditional' game that is never played?
Yes, we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, if the game purchased is not played. You will need to submit a refund request form and return the tickets to us within five (5) business days after the scheduled event. An example of a conditional game would be Game 7 of the World Series, if the series is decided in five games. Details of our Guarantee and Return Policy are listed in our Terms & Conditions.
What is the difference between Order Status and Order Confirmation emails?
The Order Status email is sent in order to verify that we received your ticket request and are in process of confirming the order. Once we have been able to confirm your order, you will then receive the Order Confirmation email. Please remember to check if an email may have been diverted to a spam or junk folder.
What are reasons my order might not be confirmed?
TicketCity is able to confirm more than 90% of online orders within 48 hours. The most common reason we are unable to confirm an order is that the tickets are no longer available from the supplier. A supplier may choose to list their tickets on multiple websites, which means at times their tickets may sell in one place before they have had an opportunity to remove their listing from TicketCity. A small percentage of unconfirmed orders are due to technical issues.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Provided the tickets have not already shipped, you may be able to change the shipping address on your order. You may be required to fax us an authorization letter which includes a photocopy of your driver's license and credit card. Please contact us immediately to request a change of shipping address.
What happens if TicketCity cannot confirm my order with the supplier?
If we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you personally via phone or email.
Can I cancel my order?

When are tickets shipped?
Your tickets will be shipped to you via the method you selected as soon as they are available. For online orders, tickets are typically shipped within one (1) business day of when your order is confirmed. Tickets for an event several months in the future are likely to ship once your event is closer.
Why do I need to check my tickets when I receive them?
We encourage our clients to check their tickets to make sure you received the seats you ordered. Please check the event date, time, section, row, and number of seats you received. If there are any issues, please review your sales email or invoice for any discrepancies. Please contact us immediately if the tickets you received are not what was ordered.
What should I do if there is something wrong with the tickets I received?
If you believe you received the wrong tickets or incorrect quantity of tickets, first check your TicketCity Order Confirmation invoice to verify that the tickets listed on the Order Confirmation invoice match what you received. If there is still is a problem, please contact us.
Why is there another person’s name on the tickets I received?
The tickets offered on TicketCity come from our large network of suppliers. Some tickets may be printed by the box office with the original purchaser's or supplier's name included. This does not prevent the tickets from being used by another person to gain access to the event.
How will I know if the date or time of my event changes?
While we make every attempt to notify clients of any event changes, it is your responsibility to check the event date and time during the week of your event. There are many reasons the date or time may be changed (e.g. TV scheduling), so you should continue checking to make sure you are aware of any updates.
Why is the price I paid TicketCity not the same as the face value printed on the ticket?
The tickets offered by TicketCity come from our large network of suppliers and individual sellers. TicketCity does not own or price the tickets listed on our website. Tickets are owned, priced, fulfilled, and shipped by the party listing the ticket – which may on occasion include TicketCity.
Will my seats be together?
If you purchased tickets from the same line item, your tickets will be together unless otherwise stated in the notes section.
How can I tell where my seats are located in the venue?
Tickets should include the section and row, so that you know their location within the venue. We have venue seating charts listed on our website which provide a representation of where the seats are located within the venue. Seating charts are subject to change, for the most current and complete information, please check the venue’s official website.
How do I know how many rows are in each section at a venue?
Each venue is unique, so the number of rows varies by location. You can contact the venue directly for details.
What time does my event start?
Event dates and times are listed for most events and printed on the tickets. Start times are subject to change and it is your responsibility to check with the event sponsor and venue for any possible changes in date and time prior to the event. If you are unable to locate the information, please contact us.
Does my child need a ticket?
Most events require everyone to have a ticket to enter. There may be some exceptions; please check the venue’s official policy to confirm.
What am I allowed to bring into the venue I’m attending?

Why did my review get rejected?
While you should feel free to express your full opinions on the experience, we cannot allow reviews which mention competitors, specific ticket prices, material that is unrelated to the event, vulgarity and generally offensive or inappropriate information. Reminders of acceptable review content will be presented during the review submission process.
Can I revise my review?
