The TicketCity Guarantee protects you, the purchaser, by guaranteeing return of your ticket purchase price.
TicketCity guarantees that once your order is confirmed:
- Your tickets will be authentic.
- Your tickets will be delivered in time for your event.
- Your tickets will be as good as or better than the ones you ordered.
- You will receive a refund if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
We reserve the right to deduct our shipping cost from your refund if the tickets for which you are requesting a refund were received by you.
