Randy Cohen is the founder & Chief Energizing Officer. Randy started TicketCity in 1990 and has grown it into one of the most successful companies in the ticket industry. Randy focuses on acquisitions and business development. In addition to his role at TicketCity, Randy is a successful author with two published books: Ticket to the Limit and a children's book. Randy received a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Texas. Randy is active in the Austin community, a variety of professional organizations and has served in various board positions within the ticket industry. Randy is an avid tennis player and fisherman.

Zach Anderson is responsible for overall company operations and long term strategic direction. Zach previously served as Vice President of Marketing and guided TicketCity's marketing, website and technology team. Prior to TicketCity, Zach worked at GSD&M Idea City on the Wal Mart account team. Zach received a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Texas. Zach also serves on the board of directors for a couple of Austin area non-profits.

Rafael Rivas is responsible developing partnerships, managing select major events, expanding renewable inventory and strategic planning. Rafael previously served as Vice President of Sales, where he helped guide the company's sales team to record growth. Rafael received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas's McComb's School of Business.

Lou Chaump is responsible for inventory acquisition, purchasing operations, managing major events and team partnership development. Prior to TicketCity, Lou worked at CBS Records promoting artists such as Mariah Carey & Pearl Jam. Lou grew up in Tyler, Texas and received a bachelor's degree in speech & journalism from the University of Texas at Tyler. Lou is active in the Austin music scene and has produced a handful of albums with local musicians.

Caroline Edmondson is responsible for managing the sales team, client relations and customer service. Caroline previously served for 10 years as one of TicketCity's top producing Sales Associates. She studied Communications at the University of Texas.

Nick Gallardo is responsible for all application & web development and all technology department projects. Prior to TicketCity, Nick was a development leader at IBM and worked at a couple of start up technology companies. Nick received a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas, and a masters degree in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas's McComb's School of Business.

Ashley Boening is responsible for management and innovation in online commerce & marketing. Prior to TicketCity, Ashley worked at GSD&M, Callaway Golf and most recently at Living Direct as Director of Ecommerce. Ashley received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Texas along with Business Foundations Program Certification from University of Texas's McComb's School of Business.

Meredith is responsible for brand development, marketing communications and social media. Prior to joining TicketCity, Meredith was Manager of Analytics at WCG, focused on social media insights and engagement for a variety of clients across industries. Meredith has a passion for start-ups and has coordinated company and product launches for clients at varying stages of growth. Meredith received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami where she wrote a thesis on Generation Y and social media technologies.
