Creative Design Intern

Client Support (Full-time):

TicketCity, a privately held ecommerce and services company, is searching for a Client Support Representative who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and has an interest in sports, entertainment, and events. This person will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our client base, vendors, and sales team. This is an opportunity to work for a fun, rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

The Client Support Representative reports to the Vice President of Sales and job responsibilities include:

  • Assist clients in processing orders via the website
  • Coordinate sales placed through the website and follow through to ensure all clients are properly taken care of
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and vendors
  • Assist with fraud prevention efforts
  • Generate quality leads to further enhance our business
  • Support inbound sales calls and the sales staff
  • Assist with projects regarding the TicketCity website and other internet listings
  • Aide in various Sales and Marketing related projects

The Client Support Representative position is a full-time position located in Austin, TX. Applicant must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that will include some nights and weekends. Creative Design Intern:

TicketCity is searching for an intern spark plug with existing knowledge of creative and concepting principles and how those ultimately apply within the marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth concepting of various sports and concert communications based on creative strategy
  • Aid in the redesign, development and production of marketing materials including but not limited to print, collateral, email templates, social media, standard flash web banners, as well as review of photography assets
  • Involvement and input into weekly marketing meetings
  • Brainstorm and assist in the design and production of contests and promotional materials

Requirements:

  • Ability to conceptually design and think through various projects based on strategic direction
  • Must be proficient in all Adobe design programs based on interactive and print projects, including Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, and Dreamweaver
  • Must be able to prepare and package final print files and online files within specifications for vendors
  • Internship candidate must be enrolled as a Junior, Senior or Graduate level student at their college or university
  • Must be enrolled in a Creative Sequence or Portfolio School Program
  • Previous internship a plus, but not required
  • Dedicated team player that is eager and personable
  • Must be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week

Compensation:

  • The internship will be paid hourly, based on experience
