Search Marketing Specialist – Organic Search:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

The Search Marketing Specialist position is an opportunity to work within the marketing team to expand, increase and optimize the traffic and revenue from Organic Search. Candidates must be able to execute tasks quickly and precisely as well as absorb and internalize SEO strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Create and optimize content (written, image, video) that is in-line with content strategy to improve product pages and blog.
  • Partner Network: Manage outreach program with current and potential partners to distribute and share our content and industry research.
  • Page Updates & Optimizations: Monitor, update, improve and test page titles, descriptions as well as page structure, tagging and keyword targeting.
  • Social Media: Monitor social channels and identify opportunities for engagement in alignment with company brand positioning and product expertise. 
  • Event Management: Monitor, update and improve events across specific categories ensuring all data is accurate and all venue and ticket listing information is optimized.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory assignments across performers.
  • Research: Complete competitive, inventory and industry analysis for internal strategy as well as PR.
  • Reporting: Compile, format and analyze data from multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Highly motivated with ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly
  • Loves a challenge and isn't afraid to fail

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • 1+ years working at ecommerce company
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization
  • Experience with data and reporting

Search Marketing Specialist – Paid Advertising:

The Search Marketing Specialist position is an opportunity to work within the marketing team to build, maintain and optimize large-scale paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms as well as gain experience with advanced industry tools/systems. Candidates must be highly motivated, be detail oriented and able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search: Complete campaign and ad group build out as well as monitor/adjust keyword bids.
  • Social Channels: Identify opportunities within social channels, complete campaign build-out and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Display Marketing: Create prospecting and remarketing campaigns to grow audience and increase sales. Monitor key performance metrics and optimize to meet goals.

Client Support Representative:

TicketCity, a privately held ecommerce and services company, is searching for a Client Support Representative who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and has an interest in sports, entertainment, and events. This person will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our client base, vendors, and sales team. This is an opportunity to work for a fun, rapidly growing company. Job Responsibilities:

The Client Support Representative reports to the Vice President of Sales and job responsibilities include:

  • Assist clients in processing orders via the website
  • Coordinate sales placed through the website and follow through to ensure all clients are properly taken care of
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and vendors
  • Assist with fraud prevention efforts
  • Generate quality leads to further enhance our business
  • Support inbound sales calls and the sales staff
  • Assist with projects regarding the TicketCity website and other internet listings
  • Aide in various Sales and Marketing related projects
