Great Venue -- Wish I'd been able see the match Nadal-Berdych match cancelled due to Berdych being ill. Ticket City as a reseller is NOT eligible for credits or refunds offered on the official tournament site. I will need to rethink purchasing through Ticket City as a result. April 9, 2014
for the fist time It was a great experience, everything was really excellent April 7, 2014
Great overall experience This is my second time ordering tickets for the Sony Tennis Open and it was very good experience and would use Ticket City again. The tickets were at the third level and great seats. They were delivered on time and the tennis was awesome!!! Sony does a fantastic job and there is lots to see and lots to buy in terms of merchandise and great variety in food selections. Given the size of the tournament you need to make allowances for delays especially at the finals so get there early! March 31, 2014
Very satisfied customer I found the tickets to be very affordable and was so very glad to get a parking pass also. I will certainly repeat my transactions with you in the future and certainly for concerts and other sporting events. You are so much more reasonable in your ticket prices than any other "known" ticket services I have dealt with over the years. Again, thank you. March 29, 2014
