Miami Open 2015 Just got back from 3 days at the Miami Open. Purchased Stadium tickets and VIP Parking passes each day. Ticket City Customer Service was excellent! All tickets were great seats and fair priced. Have used a few other ticket services in the past and Ticket City is the best all around. Would highly recommend and will definitely use for future events! March 29, 2015
Great experience I ordered 2 tickets for the 25th and 2 for the 26th of the Miami Open Tennis. The order for the 26th was messed up. Tyler (the sales person who waited on me) took the time to solve the problem, and got me the tickets with no problem. In other words, great customer service, very good prices and speedy delivery. I have recommended TicketCity to several people already….they are the real deal. Thanks! March 28, 2015
Great Venue -- Wish I'd been able see the match Nadal-Berdych match cancelled due to Berdych being ill. Ticket City as a reseller is NOT eligible for credits or refunds offered on the official tournament site. I will need to rethink purchasing through Ticket City as a result. April 9, 2014
