1st time buyer I have purchashed tickets for various sporting events and concerts from various places/sites and was kind of uneasy ordering from a different site. But I can honestly say I have had the BEST experience with TICKETCITY. I purchased tickets approx. 1 hour ago for the Jets at Redskins game for this Sunday (today is Friday) and I had an email confirmation immediately confirming that my order was being processed and I would be notified again once the order had been confirmed. I received my order/cc charged confirmation 6 minutes later and 20 minutes after that I received another email stating my tickets had been shipped w/ a tracking number. I have never had such prompt service. This made the "uneasy" feeling of such a large purchase from a site I had never used before resolve and leave me excited for the game on Sunday. First timer - great experience! This was my first time attending a football game and even though the team I was rooting for lost, it was still an amazing experience. I had a great view of the entire field for a pretty good price, especially for a game as big as the Jets vs. Patriots. I purchased my tickets somewhat at the last minute (a week before the game) and by Monday morning I had a phone call confirmation and received the tickets in 2 days.
