Oakland Raiders Tickets

T he Oakland Raiders are without Al Davis, but you can see his legacy is all around the franchise and will be able to forever. The Raiders have a massive fan case and a culture that is all their own. Raider Nation tends to wear outfits with spikes, giving off an “outlaw” type look – a group of fans all wearing black comprise the area known as the “Black Hole” in the stands. There’s nothing like watching a game inside the O.co Coliseum.

The Raiders have a fierce rivalry with their crosstown foe 49ers brings a higher ticket demand. Oakland will also host New Orleans and Denver as we catch a glimpse of Peyton Manning’s new squad.

Raider Nation Lives! Raider Nation is a proud union of die hard fans that support the silver and black unconditionally. These fans show up on gameday ready to party and are known throughout the league as one of the rowdiest crowds in the NFL. Actually going to a game at Oakland Coliseum is an experience unto itself. Part extreme tailgate, part OzzFest, the parking lot around the stadium is abuzz with activity throughout the day. Raider fans dress up in costume for gameday, so it’s nothing to see zombies, gorillas, and skulls roaming the parking lot and having a beer or two. It’s an atmosphere that’s unlike any other in the National Football League … almost like having Halloween eight weekends of the year. Raider fans are very approachable if you’re wearing silver and black, but if you decide to dress in opponent colors for the game, expect verbal abuse. Raider fans are not at all shy about making visiting fans feel uncomfortable. This crowd is easily the most intimidating crowd you’ll find in any NFL stadium. The Stadium itself is a fairly average venue. Built as primarily a baseball stadium, the Raiders share Oakland Coliseum with the Oakland A’s. It was converted for football use when owner Al Davis returned the Raiders to Oakland, so it’s really not an ideal pro football venue. The concessions are fair, but the allure of going to a Raider game is not the facility, it’s the people ... the Raider Nation. For more information on my experiences attending a game with the proud Raider Nation, be sure to check out my Quest for 31 at – http://www.nflfootballstadiums.com/McAfee-Coliseum.htm September 17, 2010
Raider Nation I had never heard of this site but gave it a try, i got my confirmation number by the next day and my tickets 2 days after so it was very fast, as for the game NOTHING like being at a Raider game, if your a raider fan then your treated like family , we went to the home opener against S.D , we lost but still had an amazing time. We'll get em at their house & hopefully I'll be there. September 12, 2012

The Oakland Raiders play football in the West Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The Raider franchise was founded in Oakland in 1960 as part of that year' NFL expansion, which included the Minnesota Vikings. Al Davis led the team as coach, owner, president, and/or GM for most of the franchise' history and brought the team to prominence in the late 1970' and early '80s, when they won 3 Super Bowls. Davis passed away in 2012 but there's no doubt the team will continue his legacy.

The Oakland Raiders play their home games at O.co Coliseum, also known as Overstock.com Coliseum, Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum or just Oakland Coliseum, which was opened in 1966 and holds just over 63,000 fans. Attend an Oakland Raider home game and witness the Raider Nation, the hordes of die hard Raider fans dressed in elaborate black and white costumes; dressed as bikers, pirates, and assorted post-apocalyptic football creations. It' an experience you'll never forget. Buy Oakland Raider tickets today and don't miss this team on the rise!
