Simple process, no hassles, good price... Went to see the Patriots play the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Tickets were easy to order and arrived quicker than anticipated. It was definitely the easiest part of the process when planning the trip. They charge less in fees than all the other sites I found, which made them a great deal too. Would have been better if the Pat's put up a fight during the game! Fix that and I'll buy tickets from you for life!! Haha! November 2, 2011
Good But No Cigar You guys did great on getting me tickets and getting them to me without any problems, how ever the pre-game event that you hyped up was anything but good. Prices were expensive, for chicken wings and draft beer. Definetly over rated, if it was provided with the tickets, maybe all right, but to spend money on it, totally foolish. November 1, 2011

Pittsburgh AFC Championship The staff at Ticketcity were very helpful. It was difficult to get a single ticket that wasn't sold as a pair. The Ticketcity staff went above and beyond to find a ticket that met my needs and ensured that it was delivered in a timely manner before the event.
