America's Team has a lot of changes in-store for the 2009 season. The Dallas Cowboys are moving into a shiny, new stadium that is sure to be one of the finest professional sports venues in the world. Jerry Jones approved a $1 billion budget for the new Cowboys Stadium, so it will have every conceivable amenity and be a sports palace for fans. On the field Dallas resembles their 2008 team with one notable exception, wide receiver Terrell Owens is no longer a Cowboy. Former Texas Longhorn Roy Williams will need to step up at receiver for Dallas, and if he does the Cowboys will be one of the favorites in the NFC. That is because the Cowboys return-quarterback Tony Romo, running back MBIII and tight end Jason Witten. On defense Dallas looks sharp; Coach Wade Philips only needs to fine-tune to get his D in top-notch form. The Cowboys will be fun to watch in 2009 and if things stack up correctly they might find themselves playing for another ring in February 2010.
