Merry Christmas to my Sweetheart! I ordered these tickets as a Christmas gift for my sweetheart, who is the ultimate Chiefs fan. The staff was so wonderful to me. I, apparently, did not click the right thing and had to call a representative to get these ordered and the man who helped me was precious. He got my tickets ordered and went out of his way to not make me feel small or stupid. That was on a Saturday, and by Wednesday, my tickets were here and waiting to be put under our tree. Once there, our seats were so good we could hear the crack of the tackle and my boyfriend smiled from the time we arrived at Arrowhead, until we got home. Great Customer Service Ticket City was very helpful when FEDEX misdelivered my tickets. FEDEX was not helpful at all but Ticket City was going to send me new tickets, no questions asked. FEDEX finally admitted that the driver delivered to the wrong address and I received the original tickets. Thanks Ticket City for your willingness to help me out. The Chiefs game was awesome September 9, 2010
