Sam Bradford then connected on a two-point conversion to make it 10-10. The 49ers hit a field goal with 1:38 to go, but allowed Sam Bradford to drive down the field to set up a Greg Zuerlein 53-yarder to tie it as time expired. Zuerlein then hit a 54-yarder with 30 seconds left in OT to win the game and avoid the second tie between these two teams this season. The 49ers are now 8-3-1 while the Rams move to 5-6-1.
