C.M. “Tad” Smith Coliseum is an indoor multi-purpose athletic arena located on the campus of the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi.  The arena is primarily home to the University of Mississippi Rebels and Lady Rebels basketball teams.  Opened in 1966, Tad Smith Coliseum is named for a letterman, coach, and athletic director at the university.  The arena is often affectionately known as “the Tad Pad”.  Visitors to the arena will be struck upon entering by the blue-clad vinyl and red Mississippi brick exterior and white dome.
