THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
The TicketCity November Email Subscriber Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 midnight Central Time on Sunday November 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00 midnight Central Time on Tuesday December 1, 2009. Sweepstakes sponsored and administered by TicketCity (“Sponsor”). Participants personal information is not shared with any outside vendors.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia to legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants under the age of majority at time of entry (21 if a MS resident, 19 if an AL, NE, or PA resident, 18 in all other states) must have their parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter. Employees of TicketCity its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Limit one entry per household. To enter the Sweepstakes:
1. To enter, access http://www.ticketcity.com 12:00 midnight Central Time on Sunday November 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00 midnight Central Time on Tuesday December 1, 2009 and complete the online entry form. You must complete all required information fields; entries with incomplete fields or invalid email addresses will be disqualified. By providing an email address you are opting to receive TicketCity Email Alerts and become a member of TicketCity’s email subscriber base. If at any point in time you do not wish to receive emails from TicketCity, you may unsubscribe by logging into your account and changing your preferences. Participants’ personal information is not shared with any outside vendors. All entries must be posted no later than 12:00 midnight Central Time on Tuesday December 1, 2009. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may prohibit you from participation in the Sweepstakes if, at their sole discretion, you show a disregard for, or attempt to circumvent these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or act: (a) in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes in any way; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner.
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a TicketCity gift card valued at $250.00 Limit one prize per individual or household. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Other restrictions may apply.
WINNER SELECTION: On or around December 8, 2009, one (1) winner will be determined based on entries received among all eligible entries posted as of 12:00 midnight Central Time on Tuesday December 1, 2009. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. If an individual cannot be contacted within one week of the drawing, is ineligible, or fails to timely return a completed and fully executed Affidavit and Release as required, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
AFFIDAVITS AND RELEASES: As a condition of being awarded a prize, the winner will be required to execute, and deliver to TicketCity within seven (7) days of notification, a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release and Release of Liability. If an individual under the age of majority wins a prize, the winner's parent or legal guardian must sign and execute the required Affidavits and Releases. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use a winner's name, biographical information and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion in all media, including on-line worldwide, without limitation or further compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding, and (b) that the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or any of the equipment or programming; (2) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or unauthorized access to the website or in any material associated with the Sweepstakes; (3) any injury, damage, or loss to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from, or otherwise using, the website; (4) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (5) any design, typographical or other errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (6) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost, undelivered, or unprocessed entries; (7) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (8) any loss, injury or damage of any kind caused by participation in this Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance and/or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend all or any portion of this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes.
Only Sponsor will have access to personal information.
