STANDARD RAIN-OUT POLICY
If a session at the US Open tennis tournament is "rained-out" then we will refund an amount equal to the face value of the tickets as an in-store credit. The determination of a "rained-out" or "cancelled" session is made by the United States Tennis Association (USTA).
RAIN-OUT INSURANCE
- Rain-Out Insurance can be purchased for 10% of the total purchase price of your order.
- If you purchase Rain-Out Insurance you will be refunded the total ticket purchase price in cash in the event of a rain-out.
- If you do not purchase Rain-Out Insurance, in the event of a rain-out, only the face value of the ticket is given as an in-store credit regardless of purchase price.
- Rain-Out Insurance is not offered 72 hours before the scheduled match.
- Rain-Out Insurance is not offered for sessions 23-26. Those sessions will always be made up at a later date.
