2009 WIMBLEDON TENNIS RECAP:
Without injured defending champion Rafael Nadal, heavily favored Roger Federer added a 15th Grand Slam title to his resume, the sixth of his Wimbledon championships. He defeated sixth seeded Andy Roddick in the final. The Williams sisters returned to their fourth final together, this time Serena bested defending champion Venus, though they would share a second women's double championship in a row.
