FRANK ERWIN CENTER FAQ's
What are the best seats at the Frank Erwin Center?
Seats in the first 15 rows of the lower level and on the floor are termed Red River seats by those in the know. Red River seat holders for non-UT Athletic events have the option to use the Red River street-level entrance on the west side of the stadium and have access to the concessions and restrooms on the lowest level of the Erwin Center.
What type of seating does the Frank Erwin Center offer?
For most events, seating on the Arena (lower) and Mezzanine (upper) levels are reserved seats with fully cushioned seats, with backs and armrests. Floor seating for non-sporting events can be either general admission or reserved depending on the show. General Admission Floor ticket holders will not have a seat or a chair. Reserved floor seating is typically a folding chair with a lightly cushioned seat and back. The entire arena is covered and climate-controlled.
What is the Frank Erwin Center bag policy?
The Erwin Center has a clear bag policy. All bags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must measure under 12”x12”x6” in size to be eligible for entry. Clutch purses under 4.5” x 6.5”, diaper bags and medical bags are allowed following a proper inspection. All venues reserve the right to further restrict what can be brought into their facility.
