Zilker Park is the gorgeous park on Town Lake (aka: Lady Bird Lake) near downtown Austin, Texas. Zilker Park is the home venue for Austin City Limits Music Festival. Each Fall, thousands of music fans fill Zilker during ACL's two weekend festival. Fans spread out across the giant park to see their favorite bands performer at one of the festivals 8 stages. Zilker Park provides a truly unique setting for the music festival and offers fans a fantastic view of downtown Austin. Zilker is a short walk from Austin's many downtown hotel options. Fans attending an event at Zilker Park, can walk, bike or scooter from downtown to Barton Springs Road - which is the street running in-front of the park.

What are the added perks of General Admission Plus?

GA+ wristbands include access to shade and seating in a private lounge, with air-conditioned restrooms and complimentary water and soft drinks. The exclusive area also includes a Full-service bar with beer, wine, and cocktails for purchase and food for purchase from Austin’s renowned dining scene.

What are the added perks of VIP General Admission?

VIP wristbands include all-day beer, wine, and specialty cocktails in the VIP Grove area. The Grove features private bars, shaded seating, complimentary catered lunch, and dinner each day. Access to a capacity limited shaded viewing deck with great sightlines of the American Express Main Stage is also included. Other perks include dedicated festival entrance lanes and a VIP bar with beer and wine in a central festival location at Rock Island as well as spa treatments, lawn games, and concierge services in the VIP Grove.

What are the added perks of Platinum General Admission?

The Best Seats! Platinum wristbands include dedicated seating in stage-front viewing areas at five of the stages as well as access to on-stage viewing areas at the two main stages (subject to artist discretion). Access to the Platinum Lounge & Bars with craft beer, wine, champagne, signature cocktails, and culinary offerings from world-renowned chefs is also included. Golf cart transport between Platinum festival entrances, the Platinum Lounge, and the Platinum stage-front viewing areas and private shuttle transport to the JW Marriott add to the experience.

Are children really allowed in for free at ACL?

Children under 10 years old are free as long as they are accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult is limited to two children only.
