2016 Birmingham Bowl Preview
The 2015 Birmingham Bowl will see the Memphis Tigers take on the Auburn Tigers at Legion Field. The Memphis Tigers have been one of the surprise teams of the season, starting the season 8-0, including a blowout win over a good Ole Miss team. Memphis boasts one of the top signal callers in the country in 6 foot 7 Paxton Lynch. Lynch is deadly through the air, throwing 28 touchdowns already this season, and he will be the player to watch in the 2015 Birmingham Bowl. On the Auburn side of the ball, the Tigers fell short of expectations this season, but look to build on a talented defensive front for next year. The key to the game will be if Auburn can pressure Lynch and force quick throws.
