2021 NCAA Baseball Regional Tickets
The best teams in college baseball earn a spot in the NCAA Baseball Regionals. The NCAA Baseball Regionals bring together the top teams in college baseball for a post-season tournament that takes place late each Spring right before the CWS. The top 64 teams in college baseball are invited to play in the NCAA Regionals, based on their regular-season record or from winning their conference tournament.
There are eight different double-elimination regional tournaments, each containing four teams seeded 1-4. The top seed in each regional is (normally) the host team. NCAA Baseball Regionals tickets are often sold as a single game or session, while also often being available as an All Session. If you buy Regional session tickets, then you have access to both games taking place on a single day, while a single game ticket will only allow you to see one game. Fans who purchase an All Session ticket will have access to all games being played at that NCAA Regional site. The event name and/or ticket notes will indicate whether those particular tickets are for a single game, single session or all session.
Winning an NCAA Baseball Regional advances a team to the Super Regionals, which consists of eight series made up of two teams. The winning team from each Super Regional, then advances to the College World Series in Omaha. The CWS is where college baseball's national champion is crowned each year; but that journal all starts in at the NCAA Regionals. It is a big deal for a College Baseball team to earn an invite to the postseason tournament and only the best teams in 2021 will be playing.
