2017 Big 12 Championship Preview

The Alabama Crimson Tide are ready to kick off the 2016 College Football season after an amazing 2015 season where they went 14-1 and won the College Football National Championship in the Cotton Bowl against the Clemson Tigers. The Crimson Tides' championship win was the 16th for the team and Coach Nick Saban earned his 5th championship title, the 2nd coach in college football to achieve this victory. Coming into the 2016 season, Alabama has a little less than half of their national championship-winning offensive and defensive starting players returning, so there will be some adjustments and strong recruitment needed of players to maintain their team's success from 2015. Alabama's schedule will kick off the season against USC Trojans and mid-season they will be playing the Tennessee Volunteers. With a young Alabama team and the Volunteers who have been building their team stronger every year, this should prove to be an exciting game between the rivals. Alabama will be coming into the 2016 season ready to defend their National Championship win.
