The Las Vegas Bowl was played on December 19, 2015 between BYU Cougars and the Utah Utes. The game had a disappointing start for BYU when Utah scored 35 points in the first quarter. After a valiant effort from BYU they closed the gap to 28-35 but in the end were not able to overtake the Utes’ lead. The average ticket price for the Las Vegas bowl was $184, a $120 increase from the Miami Beach Bowl between BYU and the Memphis Tigers in 2014.
