For the 2015 season, Mississippi State Bulldogs had their first appearance at the Belk Bowl where they earned their eighth win in the season playing against North Carolina State. The Bulldogs won the game with a 23-point lead and quarterback Dak Prescott set new records for a Belk Bowl with 380 yards thrown and four touchdowns. Average ticket price for the Belk Bowl was $89, an increase over the $54 average price of Mississippi State’s showing in the 2014 Orange Bowl against Georgia Tech.
