An American pop singer who hails from San Antonio, Texas who was discovered on YouTube. After posting a video singing a Beiber cover song, Mahone starting getting a huge following and was signed to a record label shortly thereafter. After hitting #34 on Billboard ‘s Pop Chart with “Say Somethin,” MTV named him 2012 Artists To Watch. In 2013, Mahone was the opening act for Taylor Swift and her Red Tour and Bridgit Mendler’s Summer Tour. His songs include, “11:11” and his newest hit “Banga Banga” which is all supported by his solid fan base called the “Mahomies.” He is making a name for himself as the new Justin Beiber and has just sold out New York’s famed Best Buy Theater within minutes of tickets going on sale. “Red tour Taylor Swift Featuring Austin Mahone”

While Mahone may have only been with Swift for a few months, the teen pop star created a sensation with his clean-cut good looks and sideways hat. The stadiums were already packed with teeny boppers and their moms waiting to see Taylor, but Mahone’s fan base, the “Mahomies” added their own screaming mania for this up and comng teen idol. He sang his song “Say Somethin’” and “What About Love.”

This teen icon will have 11 shows starting February 24th going through March 12, 2014. It’s not a pre-packaged pop and moonwalking kind of tour. Mahone has a four-member dance team that accompanies him on stage and they participate in what can be described as a “dance-off.” You can also expect to see Mahone come onto the stage carrying an acoustic guitar and run through a series of songs like “Heart in My Hands,” which are always the highlight of the set.

The top cities hosting the teen idol are Miami Beach and The Fillmore on February 24, Royal Oak Music Hall in Royal Oak, Michigan on March 2, Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, New York on March 5, The Electric Factory in Philadelphia, PA on March 6, 2014. Mahone will end the tour in Austin, Texas at the Travis County Expo Center on March 12, 2014.
