Aaron Lewis is an American musician and the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the rock band, Staind. As a solo artist, Aaron Lewis plays country music. His debut solo EP was released in 2011, titled Town Line. Aaron Lewis later released his first full-length studio album as a solo artist in 2012, titled The Road. Aaron Lewis played in a number of bands before joining Staind, including a band called J-CAT with Tori Sands, Chris Ballini and former Staind bandmate Jon Wysocki.
With J-CAT, Aaron Lewis recorded two Staind songs, “Outside” and “It’s Been Awhile” before eventually dissolving the band and reforming as Staind. Aaron Lewis sang and played rhythm guitar for Staind from 1995 to 2012, eventually leaving the band to pursue his own solo career shortly after the release of his debut studio album as an acoustic country rock artist. While the remainder of the band Staind went their separate ways in order to independently pursue individual projects, Aaron Lewis has been performing acoustic shows by himself since he was 17 and continues to do so as a solo country artist.

In 2015, Aaron Lewis performed numerous acoustic shows in small, intimate venues located mostly on the east coast of the US.
