The three hit single from his debut album, “Yee Haw”, “Starin’ With Me” and “Something About a Woman” all broke into the top 20 position on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. Jake Owen followed up with a second album titled Easy Does It in 2009, which featured his popular singles “Don’t Think I Can’t Love You”, “Eight Second Ride” and “Tell Me”.
In 2011, Jake Owen broke into mainstream popularity with the release of his third album, Barefoot Blue Jean Night. The title track from this album hit the number one spot on the country single charts. Other chart-topping singles from Barefoot Blue Jean Night were “Alone With You”, “The One That Got Away”, and “Anywhere with You”. 2014 saw the release of Jake Owen’s fourth studio album, Days of Gold, which featured two singles that broke the top 20 position on the country charts, “Beachin’” and “Days of Gold”. Jake Owen released a song titled “Real Life” in 2015 which will appear on his fifth studio album released later in 2015.
Jake Owen has since toured alongside many other big names in country music, including Brad Paisley, Little Big Town, Sugarland, Keith Urban and Jason Aldean.
