The American singer, guitarist, and songwriter James Taylor was born on the 12th of March in 1948. He was inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” in 2000 and has won five Grammy awards so far. His first significant milestone, as an artist, was earned in 1970 with the third most popular single in the country at the time, called “Fire and Rain”. In the following year, he put out his first no 1 hit which went by the title of “You’ve Got a Friend”. This was a recording based on the classic song delivered by Carole King.
